BULLS JOIN D.I.F.D MOVEMENT
Bradford, Ontario
December 8, 2014
The Bradford Bulls Tier II Junior A Hockey Club of the Greater Metro Junior A Hockey League, are proud to announce that we have joined the D.I.F.D movement in support of mental health. The 'Hockey Talks' campaign is a initiative to bring increased dialogue and awareness to mental health and effective treatments.
To show their support, the entire Bulls squad will be dawning D.I.F.D helmet stickers for the remainder of the season and have already begun campaigns to raise money for the cause.
The programming and dialogue brings the opportunity to provide information to fans in recognizing mental health issues and better understanding the challenges associated with mental illness and to connect those in need of support with mental health organizations.
If you would like to show your support and help the cause, please contact Bulls General Manager Michael Telford at mtelford@bradfordbulls.ca for more information.
