The Bradford Bulls have returned from their extended holiday break yesterday evening with a huge game against the Rama Aces. Bradford opened the game sluggish, surrendering the opening goal 35 seconds in, but eventually found their feet to win 6-3 final.

Iiro Leppanen returned from the break in phenomenal shape, having a four point night (3g, 1a) and being named first star. Frederick Sury had three points (1g, 2a) of his own while All-Star goaltender Sergey Bolshakov got the victory in goal. Other Bull scorers included: Litviak and Kim.

As the January signing deadline approaches, the Bulls continue to add pieces to the roster. The newest Bull is import Samuli Toppari, who has been signed from Helsinki Finland. Samuli has three years of junior experience playing in some of Finland's top hockey leagues. The 21 year old defenseman will help solidify the club's back-end.

The Bulls return to Bob Fallis Arena this Wednesday when they host the Bracebridge Phantoms. The game has a puck drop at 8:00pm.
